Leaving to go work at a PE fund in a few days. What advice would you give? What did you wish you knew?

I’m currently looking to get into data analytics. I graduated from college in 2020 with a dual degree in marketing and finance with a triple minor in criminal justice, white collar crimes, and accounting. I want to go back for my masters but not sure where to go. Preferably online or in pa. I would like suggestions as well as how to get started in the industry with little experience or any advice you can give. Thanks!

Any idea what the Sales Transformation Executive (Enabling) role band is at Capgemini? Coming from a regional sales role with an ITeS major and startup sales/partnerships experience of 4+ years.

My remit quadrupled+ in a recent re-org with no increase in pay/promotion, my new director is new to the company and was zero help, and I was passed over for recent promotion during the comp cycle. The new director essentially began shutting me down any time I ask for clarity in my career progression. Now they have taken credit for the project I’ve been building over the past year+ without giving me props whatsoever to higher ups. What is the best plan of action here?

I'm a new adjuster but have great metrics and feel I'm doing fairly well. My family is struggling living paycheck to paycheck. I've been with my company about 7 months but I feel other companies pay more. I don't want to leave though. Any tips for asking for a salary increase? I was promoted a few months in to a tier 2 but no pay raise goes with that.

Brand Strategy/Planning roles aren't typical in PR. So every new Account hire arrives with no experience working with a Strategist. I'm tired of explaining/showing my role adds necessary value. I love strategy, but I have an offer at another agency to move into Account as Group SVP. I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.

I had a final round interview, and the recruiter reached out later to ask for references and asked if I was close to getting offers at any other places. Are they asking as that will affect the offer they will give? Or are they just asking to see how quickly they need to move? What threw me off was the interviewer asked me and I will quote them " with your current generation, work life balance is a huge deal. What do you think are the benefits of working?" They also told me they do "overtime".
Is it just me who thinks this was another way of saying we want you to work more than required?
