Hello! I was curious if there were any women here who are Controllers at their current company? What is your experience like? I have joined TCS last year Feb under BPS( BSC Computers), doing the work in IT project. But i am getting the salary for BPS role even after the one year anniversary literally no change in my in-hand salary.
When I have asked my team manager to convert me to IT role from BPS role she is avoiding the topic ( tried asking 3 times). Also 70% of my senior team members moved out, so work pressure is also increasing.
