Recently started at a B4 in advisory but don’t enjoy the work. My SA, says it gets better with time (more responsibilities, exposure to clients/partners) but not significantly (at least in my office, which is relatively small). My clawback period kicks in in 4 months, represents approx. 1/3 of my after tax salary and lasts 2.5 years. Should I try to leave for a better opportunity within the next few @months or just suck it up and leave after a few years with some experience and a good CV?Deloitte PwC EY Accenture @
