Ya they’d be interested; however, You’d be burning a bridge at your new firm
I have no loyalty to them. I was here a week before they put me on a 5 day a week staff aug. ive never even been to my own office. I know exactly 0 people at the firm besides my aug team. My own coach was basically like “well you’re on staff aug for the next two years. You’ll probably get promoted at the end of it, but there’s not much you and I need to discuss in the interim because your next few years are pretty clearly defined”
I would leave
This feels like exactly the kind of work that I was trying to get out of by exiting industry. Is this a valid reason to leave? Would another firm be interested in me even though I’ve only been here a few months? (Prior firm was a fortune 50 non-tech)
