Hello everyone!
Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?
Eli Lilly and Company.
Any leads would be highly helpful.
Thank you!

You may be fine. How are your reviews? Do you they consider you as a contributor? Was in industry before and know there always a list of people that are first cut because they are no longer useful, unable to keep up, promoted beyond capabilities or just close to retirement. Easy to justify getting rid of them.
Gucci huh?
My crystal ball says.... that’s it’s cloudy and useless, and more importantly, that we could not possibly answer your question. Follow your gut, it’s usually right, or it’s just gas.
Could either mean that you are about to be fired too - or less likely to be fired because you may be more valuable without those guys
So basically impossible for us to know
Sometimes companies hire someone new to replace people they want to fire. Do you think that’s the case with you? If the company is doing poorly and it’s cutting costs and downsizing then I would start looking elsewhere. But if that’s not the case, you have lots of room for growth so stay and make the most of it.
Why not talk to your executive level “customer” and ask him outright if you should be looking for a new job. I was in this situation at one point and I was let go a couple of months later. If his answer isn’t 100% we value you and need you start looking.
