Hi! New to the CD title so new here too, but hearing in another bowl the topic of creative management training/coaching has been discussed at length. Can anyone who’s actually taken a great/helpful course shout or link me to an original thread? Feeling great creatively but very behind from a people-management standpoint and trying to keep my promise to never be like the bad CDs I’ve met along the way.

What do your typical creative pitch team structures look like? I’m used to having multiple teams, designers and an ACD but have moved to a smaller shop and the teams are leaner.
