Me too. They killed big.

I doubt they’ll die. Connected fitness as a category, one that they largely pioneered, isn’t going anywhere. They’re just in the same situation many pandemic darling stocks are in - growth caused by an uncontrollable external influence is often temporary and unsustainable so at some point there is a reckoning. This is that reckoning so they need to resize themselves back to “normal.” Normal doesn’t look like a hockey stick and Wall Street hates anything that doesn’t look like a hockey stick.
Me too. The product is solid - I used the app for a while with a generic bike in 2020 when gyms were closed

I don’t own the equipment or the stock but feel the same, OP. I want them to make it.

It’s very important for a company to understand what growth is sustainable and what isn’t
They got it wrong

I think there’s ways for them to evolve that makes sense for growth. Obviously people branching out and going back to gyms will hurt them, but they should consider striking up partnerships with gyms or hotels and selling at an enterprise level versus consumer. Granted I’m sure they’ve considered it, but some people don’t want to do spin classes and having access to your program in a hotel or wherever as you travel is one way to go.
