Lemon Drop - This is what I’m having for dinner because it is tax deadline day and the clients are driving me up the wall. It’s instant liquid happiness. Sweet and tart and lemony...just like its namesake. 😁

I'm currently interviewing for a CSM role at a tech company and have been asked to present a case study. They have given me the customer, some data and now want me to present how I would approach the situation with their upcoming renewal. I feel pretty good about my presentation but I have also never worked as a CSM directly. I tried googling case study interview examples to help me confirm if I am on the right track but didn't have much luck. Are there any resources to guide me? Thank you!

Any tips how to tell a company that you're going with another offer, but in a way that keeps that relationship and door still open?
After many interviews, I ended up with 2 great offers, and I'm about to do 1 final interview. I liked all 3 hiring managers, all 3 companies, but 1 is the winner and I'm accepting the position.
I want to maintain that relationship because, well, you never know!

FYI I’m a senior consultant at Deloitte focused on analytics / ds. The feedback from teams have been that I know how to code just not like w computer scientist. I have no role models at d ):

Help me menu plan! Having another couple over on Friday for a little birthday celebration, so four people total. Not sure what to make/serve, could be as casual as charcuterie or an all-appetizer meal, or something more composed, plus cocktails. Only requirements are relatively low key to make, and hopefully not crazy expensive.
