Outside of MBB, what are the highest paying consulting firms with strong life sciences (drugs, molecular diagnostics, etc.) strategy (e.g. growth, competitive response - preferably non-diligence non-PE focus since I want to have somewhat of a life) practices? I'd measure 'strength' primarily by quality of exit opportunities (and I'd measure quality of exit opportunities by starting salary and growth potential for the roles you get when you leave). If you’re interviewing for a new position outside the firm and the interviewer is unavailable after your billable hours (staff augmentation project). Typically for appointments (dentist, doctor), we make up the time outside of working hours. Would you A) block off the time on your calendar as an appointment and make up the 30 min outside of normal working hours
OR B) take 30 minutes of PTO for interview

I'm struggling to get my team in Figma organized. Are there particular strategies your teams use to do this? We use Jira for project management, SDLC, etc. I think the biggest gap is managing snapshots of designs that are geared to specific cards in Jira. I also find it very hard to find particular designs within the project itself. Any best practices would be greatly appreciated. In the past I haven't had to be as hands-on in the design team, so plenty for me to learn.
