1. Cleared 1 screening and 2 technical rounds. I got confirmation that result is positive but position is closed. We are referring u 4 another role. 2. Again 1 screening and 2 technical rounds which got cleared. On the day of final leadership interview got a call from recruiter that this position is closed. Refering u 4 another role. 3. Direct technical round. Got rejected. No more referal 😀

I’m in a process for a role as Enterprise Sales Director (no reporting people under me, it’s a normal sale role) with a big Language and Localization company in Europe.
What salary could I be looking for? Base + commission.
I earn around 75 000 USD/y today.

If I’m doing an October 1 move-in date when should I start looking for apartments? I’m currently not in the city, would it be wise to stay over the city to look at places maybe august 31-sept 3, assuming once Sept 1 hits there will be a lot of openings for October? Also, is it too soon to individually call buildings I like to ask about October openings?

I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.
