I’ve been working towards a career change in my life by switching to Business Analyst roles and exploring Scrum Master roles. I’m working on Salesforce certs at the moment but want to explore training to help kickstart my career. Because I don’t have prior experience or a background in either, where should one turn to train up in these roles?
