Hi everyone, how much % do you allocate shares for early employees

I filed my tax with TurboTax. It said my estimated refund is $700. I got a letter from IRS saying I actually owe $400. When I looked into it I realized they didn’t account for my 2021 quarterly estimates that I paid with my ex-wife last year. In our divorce decree we agreed to claim half of the credits each. But I guess for their record it’s all under her name. It’s impossible to reach IRS and also I really want to avoid contacting my ex. What would be the best approach for this?

Rental car third party liability insurance: My credit card covers car insurance, but not third party liability insurance, so I generally get that from the car rental company at about $20 a day. Is there a cheaper way to do it? Recommendations?

Hey all! My SO and I (gay dudes) are looking to move to CO/UT for 3-4 this winter to be close to the mountains and ski every weekend (+ plan to take a few weeks off). Had my annual review Friday (first year with the company). Boss awarded a 3% raise though she said my review was “90% positive.” Worth adding I got a 3% sign on bonus last year, so I’m basically at 0% raise. Nobody under me has gotten less than a 7% raise in the past year. Considering promotions + counter offers as well, it goes as high as 25%. I don’t feel a 3% raise matches a “90% positive” review and plan to bring up the cognitive dissonance I’m feeling. Any other tips or advice to add?
