Okay so, I find myself in a tough situation. Recently, my professional license became jeopardized. Started a new job last week and have not received much training other than HR videos on company policies. Been begging for some guidance from my new boss and coming up empty. Now he says he wants me to come up with my own 30, 60, 90 day goals for how I see my career progression going and that then he can review with me to help me achieve them…this is weird, right? It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties.
