Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

Note how none of the big time partners are responding. They make more than ten times what any of us do. We skew young or they are shy.
Just us poors

I think it’s helpful to know what year people are as I’m 35 but a 5th year because this is a second career. 35/190/Miami
Agree. Also, is this including bonuses? Those can make a big difference.

Wow. I feel underpaid. Any other estate planning attorneys here? I'm at a small firm and love what I do, but I'd love to be able to cover my bills a bit better...
38/85k/Miami boutique estate planning firm (12 attys). I've been practicing 10 years and from years 2-7 I made about 40k/yr. I should have moved on but didn't. Then we merged, and my pay started to increase, and I actually like the people I'm working with.
