Assuming you're not getting equity, 115-130k

Not sure what you’re talking about. Change in control provisions are usually part of the terms of an equity grant and typically cause accelerated vesting/ payout. Same thing once initial returns to investors are hit. Many times the shares have participation thresholds so you only participate in value created after you join.

Even in a full equity recap, it’s very rare for management to lose significant value. There may be a deferral for x years to incentivize retention through the transition but employees typically have protective rights in the llc agreement or articles of incorporation that prevent certain forms of dilution

Whats the offer?

Can anyone help me with the real-time Compensation for Intercom in London, UK?
This is for a Senior/Lead position.

Federal Register confirms 2023’s 8.7% COL increase. Associate at Ogletree and my expected 2023 base salary will NOT reflect a full 8.7% increase from my 2022 salary. So I’ll effectively accept a pay cut IF I stay with OD in 2023. Also seems to mean my added yr of seniority/experience is effectively not accounted for in 2023’s salary. Is this a universal experience across comparable firms or are other firms doing across-the-board increases in light of 2023’s 8.7% COL jump? Am I overthinking this?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

Hello. I recently accepted a position as Assistant Nurse Manager at a busy Cancer Center in Brooklyn. I have leadership roles such as charge nurse over the 8 years I’ve been an RN so Ive never had an official management role. I have my BSN and OCN. The AVP agreed to match my current salary which is 6 figures because I refused to accept the salary he was offering for $5K less. Did I accept an unfair offer or should I expect that because of my lack of experience in management? Thanks

When you leave, does it make a difference to companies if you made it through at least a busy season as a senior or just that you have the title? I did have some experience this year as an A2 where I split some of the senior responsibilities with the manager. However, I’m worried if I leave before busy season, companies will see that as really just being an associate.
