Hi everyone!
Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

Have a 4 round loop interview for Sr. Product Manager at Amazon coming up through the MBA pathways program soon.
If I land it the trajectory of my life and that of my family changes but I'm starting to feel the pressure. I haven't had a lot of traction for job searching since I graduated in December so this is the best lead I have and I'm getting scared now.

Is this what product managers do? As the person who does most of the analysis, I’ve always wondered what a PM does
My manager was briefing me on a new project, but when he screen-shared, apparently it shared the wrong tab and I saw an updated portfolio clearly designed for Job application/interviews. He didn’t realize for a good two minutes as he was talking through the project and I had to chime in and let him know I wasn’t seeing the brief he was talking through on his screen. He explained later that it was a ‘weird time’ (meanings Covid), and that everyone is looking and keeping their options open.
He left a month after. Happy for him because he was otherwise a good boss. But I was left directionless for about 6 months; they eventually got new blood, brought their people in and then laid me off. Kind of a blessing because the people I worked with day to day were toxic except my manager.
