Have you considered moving to LA? Then you’ll barely ever have to travel for production. I know several creatives who’ve done this because they had babies and were no longer willing to travel for every shoot.
Is your intention to not travel for work, or do you just have a harder time doing so?

Your doctor or therapist might have some suggestions on how to phrase it. I’d think something along the lines of, I have a medical condition that makes travel a little difficult. In full transparency I’d need (xyz accommodations) for (abc type of) trips.
I’d weigh how necessary the travel is against the degree of it you’d be able to take on safely, then find a way to show them the suggested solve while flagging the a-typical need.

I’m sorry to hear about your PTSD.
I guess it depends on the nature of traveling (clients? Company get-togethers?). First impression is that if they’re lenient with remote work they may not understand if you refuse to travel. By removing the commute, I really wonder if some companies will think you owe them more travel. Then again, if they’re going remote because they know remote works, maybe you could push back about going anywhere since remote is proven effective.
If the job description doesn’t have travel expectation % listed, I bet you could push back. Genuinely unclear if that’s something that should be disclosed before the offer in this case, but if expectations are listed I think it’s fair to tell them. They may need people to lead client workshops, travel for shoots, etc. at your expertise level. My partner’s supposed to travel 15% of the time and travels closer to 40%, so in his case if he wasn’t upfront about not traveling it may have cost him his job. I’d like to know ahead of time so I wouldn’t need to stress. Take care.
Tough love here, but take the job and work on the ptsd with a therapist. They won’t make you travel for a bit so you have time. But don’t let it cost you a job
