77.5K Sr. Buyer IT, Vendor Manager, Travel Manager, Corporate Card Manager, Contract Specialist for IT purchases, and lastly Contract Labor for 2019-2021. Turned over Contract Labor but continued to support. I am being severely underpaid in my estimation, and would love some feedback on where I should actually be at. Note: no raise in two years because of Covid. Please provide advice on what I should be paid total comp. and the rational behind it. Thanks so much!

I have been in Compliance for nearly 15 years now, but it's always been in the insurance and investment industry. I've just recently taken a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company. Does anyone out there know what sort of salary one would get for this? What's the going rate? I live in Naples, FL and the salaries here are generally lower than they are across the country. Not ideal. [

Second part of this question. Are all responses coming from he/him? The pay equity gap is still a huge issue globally not only for gender but race as well.

Honeycomb, it's "On Target Earnings" - I'm in sales, so get quarterly bonus based on quota attainment. If I hit 100% exactly, I'd get that $160k (divided up into 4 quarters). The happy news for me is that overall my team has exceeded quota this year, so my actual bonus thus hear is more like $220k+

like

300k incl salary, + a 15K bonus paid every quarter (60K) + additional comp bonuses. doesn’t include >200 RSU from sign on. We are actively hiring for those who understand and want to define the opportunity in how to create and hold value thru data, BI, Bitcoin/crypto, and applications / use cases that cross over. Explosive growth & hiring - reach out if you want info / are looking for a new challenge

New/pivoting into HR! 👋 Currently working as a TA Coord with a little entry level work in HR Ops prior to this. Is there a SHRM link, reliable test, or method of shadowing the various parts of HR that will provide a sample of the work, thinking, and day to day experience of each group? I didn’t go to school for HR and therefore haven’t had the opportunity to sample HR Ops. vs. TA vs. Comp vs. Benefits vs. Payroll, etc. I know work experience is the best barometer, but what can supplement this?

I’ve accepted an offer for a non-partner track counsel position at an Amlaw 200 firm. Salary of 300k, expectation of 1800 billable hours. Fully remote. I’ve worked at top regional firms during my 10+ year career. I’m leaving a small book and a solid shot at partner in 3-5 years for the risks of permanent counsel and unknown biglaw bs. Wife and I are prioritizing things other than careers with this move. She’s also able to go fully remote. I’m scared but also excited. Am I crazy?
