77.5K Sr. Buyer IT, Vendor Manager, Travel Manager, Corporate Card Manager, Contract Specialist for IT purchases, and lastly Contract Labor for 2019-2021. Have an offer for 30% raise and work that I want to do at another firm. Also have a pretty solid guarantee from leadership I can do the same work at Deloitte, but no additional comp adjustment (outside of the mid year bump). I have been in full time permanent work my entire career.
