I am very much interested in MicroStrategy! I went through one of their position back in start of 2020 while I was in Richmond. Anything that can get me in?

77.5K Sr. Buyer IT, Vendor Manager, Travel Manager, Corporate Card Manager, Contract Specialist for IT purchases, and lastly Contract Labor for 2019-2021. Turned over Contract Labor but continued to support. I am being severely underpaid in my estimation, and would love some feedback on where I should actually be at. Note: no raise in two years because of Covid. Please provide advice on what I should be paid total comp. and the rational behind it. Thanks so much!

I currently work as a personal injury lawyer at a small law firm, 5 years experience, graduated from T30 law school in 2015. Our subject area is pretty niche, and I am looking to branch out. Open to leaving the law for a compliance/HR/other type position. Am I even marketable for something like that? Am I being unrealistic?

I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring.
