Hi all! I’m an engineer working in the global health space and I’m finding it’s a small, small pool. Anyone who’s worked in nonprofit spaces - did you stay? Did you switch to consulting/government/etc or go corporate? I’ve been applying without much response, and I’m debating whether a PMP very or masters is going to be necessary.

I’m interviewing with the company although I have offer signed with another (going though background checks, so didn’t wanna stop before knowing 100%).
