77.5K Sr. Buyer IT, Vendor Manager, Travel Manager, Corporate Card Manager, Contract Specialist for IT purchases, and lastly Contract Labor for 2019-2021. Turned over Contract Labor but continued to support. I am being severely underpaid in my estimation, and would love some feedback on where I should actually be at. Note: no raise in two years because of Covid. Please provide advice on what I should be paid total comp. and the rational behind it. Thanks so much!

I have been in Compliance for nearly 15 years now, but it's always been in the insurance and investment industry. I've just recently taken a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company. Does anyone out there know what sort of salary one would get for this? What's the going rate? I live in Naples, FL and the salaries here are generally lower than they are across the country. Not ideal. [

Second part of this question. Are all responses coming from he/him? The pay equity gap is still a huge issue globally not only for gender but race as well.

Probably a bit premature but would like some advice. Current in-house sr counsel at 155k +15% bonus in NJ. Company is well established private company. In the latter stages of interviewing for an established startup- salary will likely be 180-200 plus equity (pre-ipo). Very happy currently but promotions are hard to come by. Thoughts on using an offer (if one comes) as leverage for a raise (which they’re working on) or just making the move to be number 2 attorney at new company

Thoughts on joining a boutique consulting firm during this economy? Is it typically viewed as safer or riskier than bigger firms? Sorry if this is a dumb question. I know many of the bigger firms had layoffs but I imagine they have much more in the pipeline/budget/resources whereas boutique firms may or may not have had layoffs (is there a reputable source about this online?) but have fewer of the other items.
