77.5K Sr. Buyer IT, Vendor Manager, Travel Manager, Corporate Card Manager, Contract Specialist for IT purchases, and lastly Contract Labor for 2019-2021. Turned over Contract Labor but continued to support. I am being severely underpaid in my estimation, and would love some feedback on where I should actually be at. Note: no raise in two years because of Covid. Please provide advice on what I should be paid total comp. and the rational behind it. Thanks so much!

I have been in Compliance for nearly 15 years now, but it's always been in the insurance and investment industry. I've just recently taken a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company. Does anyone out there know what sort of salary one would get for this? What's the going rate? I live in Naples, FL and the salaries here are generally lower than they are across the country. Not ideal. [

I see a lot of people making more money when they exit. In my experience, I have yet to find a role that pays more for a similar level of responsibility in a similar location. Offers I’ve seen at the manager level in industry in similar midwestern cities at the manager level are typically between $110-130k with a 15-30% bonus. I was just offered a position with a non-profit organization. It’ll be a great transition from my current fellowship, and I’m super excited about the offer.
