Not commuting. Being able to get small stuff done throughout the day. Get more water and do dishes. Go to the bathroom and switch out or fold laundry. Small tidying during the day. Seeing my pets more (though I don't bring them in my office because they won't leave me alone).

Hi All,

I have a managerial round(maybe the last round) tomorrow with Delta Air Lines. Can you let me know what package should I ask the hiring manager?

Experience: 6.6 years

Tech Stack: Java, AWS, Spring Boot, Kubernetes

The role I had Interviewed for -> Lead Developer - AWS

Also how good is Delta Airlines in this Recession Period? what are the benefits we get? And is it WFH or 3 days Office in a week?

Thank you

Probably would sound silly, but does Gartner provide IT Assets, if yes! What kind, how efficient the systems are in general. I think the current employees who have worked with them ever since WFH started would know better.

I have been at my company for a little less than 4 years now. I’ve had the third highest sales last year out of a team of 50 and consistently the highest outbound calls per week. They told me I can start WFH once I hit $1mil in profit, but then rescinded right before I hit the goal. They have also denied simpler request like time off, when I know they have approved this before for others. I feel super unappreciated, but the money is great. I’m not sure if I should look elsewhere and start over?

Hello FinTech community!
Currently looking to fill 3 headcount in my team at a London based Series D Unicorn FinTech startup.

Specifically I’m looking for experienced Application Security Engineers.

The team, including these roles are 100% remote, although you must be based in the UK.

If working in an office is more your style, we have the option to book desks on an ad-hoc basis.
We’re currently moving to our brand new office, near London Bridge.

Hope to hear from you!

A month ago I gave my boss a formal letter requesting a review of my current job duties and a salary adjustment and title change. I’m performing at a senior level and not being paid for it. She agreed with the argument and submitted request to HR. Last week I asked her for an update and she casually said it will probably take three more months bc HR is so backed up and dropped it. I’m grossly underpaid and getting more tasks daily. What can I do? Can this be retroactive? I’m so fed up.
