Hey everyone! I need some help coming up with a good salary/promotion $ range for my upcoming review in August. Tenure: 2 years; YOE in tech recruiting: 5 current tile: technical ta partner; current salary 90k; new title (has already been discussed, based off current responsibilities and workload, and now people-managing 1 coordinator) : TA Manager. I’m thinking 130k. It’s a good company, SaaS in the live streaming tech space. Too low? Too high? TIA!!

Up for a promotion to Producer / Editor. What is the average salary and what title makes sense to cover both jobs?

It’s one thing daydreaming about leaving your company and getting that 20-50% raise offer to stay…it’s another when you actually resign and get that offer. Becomes a lot harder to turn away from.

I recently got a promotion in my company to work as a Junior CSR in Commercial Lines but I also got a job offer elsewhere to work in the entertainment insurance industry as an Associate. I got the RIBO license in January. The job offer pays more than my promotion but once I told my manager I had this offer she said they are willing to match that offer, however I wouldn’t see an increase in salary for a while. I have been working at my company for 7 yrs, in an incredibly specialized industry. When we get contracts I tend to be the only person able to do some of the work, and at times we have multiple contracts and I do the work of two or three people. They have hired a new person to help take some load off me. However, I have never gotten a good raise, is it wrong to ask for 10-20% raise even though they are getting me some help?

Just started a new role in finance and I’m the only woman on the team. It’s been 3 weeks and the guys have been pretty unwelcoming and kind of rude.
