I have a manager meeting post PIP on Friday. I worked really hard but feels like the manager still isn’t happy and I might be shown the exit. I had filed for short term disability for extreme stress due to hostile work environment which will likely get approved on Monday. What’s the best move for me? I am thinking take Friday off so the manager meeting gets pushed to next week when my leave is already approved?

Do Titles or levels (L5, L6) really matter vs. company brand and pay? Just got a FAANG offer that is close to 50% more than my current comp. I’m probably going to take it. The role is reasonably new and has a vague title. It’s not Director or Head or anything. It’s more like just Strategy and Sales Support. Could this impact me in the long run?
