Culture is nice, but how much will you be paying per level, what are utilization/revenue targets and how much anticipated sales do you have to be able to pay employees.
We have an annual company revenue/profitability target as a company. No personal revenue/utilisation targets
I like the direct questions! We are keeping base salaries in line with market pay (at the moment). We are offering project based bonuses which are paid throughout the year (performance based) and profit sharing (the company does well, we all do well). And we are paying our current employees!

We also have company level targets and provide boknuses based on company profit.
we are in the SF Bay Area and are at par with midsize firms for base compensation. Big difference for us is you wont kill youself working crazy hours. During busy season most work 55 and at most 60 hours with unlimited PTO. i am not willing to do it and wont ask my team to.
