Under contract for a 2,700 sqft home in LA. I think the price is OK: it’s not rock bottom and definitely not overpriced either as similar sized homes in the area have sold for MUCH more. Litigation/Insurance Defense - how has the ability of attorneys meeting hours at your firm changed since COVID? Without driving to Court across the state we seem to have billable hour issues - but partners claim they have a lot of work sitting and not getting done and need more associates. Has anyone price compared the cost of braces vs invisalign with insurance? My insurance company is telling me it’d be the same cost for both as the negotiated rate for both are the same. In other words the dental rate for invisalign is $7K while the rate insurance allows them to charge is $5k (I’m guessing the dental rate for braces is higher than $5K and therefore would still get me down to $5K). This seems odd so I’m wondering if anyone has first hand experience.
