I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

Just watched the replay of the UFC fight on Friday night (Waterson vs. Hill) and the funniest thing of the last six months was listening to Bruce Buffer going full Bruce Buffer, screaming like it’s 20,000 people when there is only about 25. 😂 On a side note, holy shit these girls can fight!! I haven’t watched UFC in a few years and don’t remember everyone being so fast and strong and just brutal. I outweigh them by 150+ pounds and they would annihilate me in about 10 seconds. I ordered a Tesla model 3 SR in April and I am able to take delivery this weekend, however I’m now unsure of whether it’s the right move financially. I have a lease on a 2020 BMW X3 that will end next month and was wondering if I should just buy that out and drive it for a few years. If it makes a difference I’m in SoCal so gas is $$$, but no EV charging in my apartment.

BMW: $600/m + $150 gas + maint/insurance

About to give a go at negotiating a price for a used ‘21 Mercedes’ GLE 350 - 7k miles. I know it’s a tough buyers market but any tips on ways to negotiate? Dealer is 100 miles away and priced competitively at $64k but another dealer is 200 miles away and priced at $60k. Features are about the same but the more expensive option has nicer wheels so maybe that’s worth ~$2k. TIA
