Curious how everyone finds time to do things while working 60-80 hours per week. My non-working hours are spent on cooking, eating, sleeping, laundry, cleaning for the most part. I can’t even begin to figure out how to find the time to hang out with friends more, read a book or spend time on a hobby, etc, and it feels really overwhelming 😫
Sometimes I step back and really struggle to understand my priorities. Why I have them, whether they’re really mine, whether they’re worthy of me, etc.
Sometimes it’s like I’m coasting through life

Happy last Friday of summer! Does your agency do Summer Fridays? Did you have time to take all of them? Why not All-Year-Round Fridays? Why not a floating weekday each week? What would you argue for?
Hi ladies, I am on maternity leave and am doing some socially distanced walks with a couple of other moms in my district that I met on a local Facebook group. One mom I met just really wasn't my cup of tea, but she keeps messaging me asking whether I am in town, would I like to meet up etc. Shes messaged me 5 times this week... How can I politely get out of this and end the constant requests for new meetups, aside from ghosting which is just mean. I dont want to upset her!

Is lower MM a sustainable career / worth it? MFs can maneuver to MM/LMM if there’s no promotional path, and if the only road (assuming) post LMM is corporate, then isn’t it just a matter of time? Or maybe wrong way to think about it? (Referring to buyout only)
