Can someone please tell how project allocation done for lateral hires in Accenture for Microsoft Azure PaaS? they said this is not project specific interview, you'll in pool after joining and assigned project based on joining time. I heard Accenture has zero bench policy for laterals and famous for layoff. Should I be worried? Please explain.

Too sweet. Overall, anything with sugar in US is much sweeter than anywhere else I've been.
That’s a good problem to have.
Chocolate chip cookies hate me. Give me a soft moist batch and I’ll eat 10-15 in a day.
Same, I pretty much dislike most pastries, cake, donuts, desserts in general. I’ll try them but I just won’t go crazy over them. Especially cake or donuts - can’t stand those at all.
Been that way since I was little. Big fan of chocolate through, so chocolate chip cookies are generally okay with me lol
I was gonna say 😂😂😂
Good cookies are beast don’t know what you’re talking about.
Starbucks drinks almost uniformly suck I’ll agree with that. Way too much sugar/sweetener or whatever.
Edit: I don’t bother with mass produced cookies - they aren’t very good either, but good homemade or local bakeries - usually awesome.
Same. I'll eat eat just a quarter of a cookie because it's usually too sweet. Or eat sweet desserts with unsweetened coffee. My bubble teas are at 25% sugar.
The older I get, the more I can’t handle anything overly sweet. There is so much sugar in our food.
