This CNBC article does not give a complete picture.
This mis-categorization started to happen from March. April numbers were reported as 14.7 but the actual numbers in April should have been 19.7% (5% more ). Same thing in May reported 13.3% but real may be 16.3% (3% increase) so if you consider the real from April to May 19.7% to 16.3% is an improvement rather than 14.7% to 13.3-%
So yes don’t fall for these articles.

There's the trend and there's also the raw number. 16.3% is an improvement from 19.7%, but it's still a considerably higher number than 13.3%. Now, I am not expecting much of a correction here (if any) but just focusing on the change doesn't exactly give a complete picture either.

I need a supportive group hence coming here and not the company bowl. In my 10 years working , I have never found a place more people friendly , employee focused than EY. But today a peer told a staff as an immigrant She will have to more careful than someone who belong here on her actions cause actions may have negative consequences like she not able to be with family whereas he doesn’t. He also suggested that she needs to be careful as when layoffs happen that immigrant will be let go first.
