Do I give notice before I get the written offer/background check so I can leave before holidays but risk offboarding during vacation or give notice my first day back? At a startup so not sure if they'd want me out asap (cash strapped) or expect me to stay 2 weeks. I dont care much about pay, more about optimizing my time before next job (burnt out)
