Lillebaby v/s ergobaby or any other recommendations? Pros and cons

Either one but you need one of them. It’s a life saver the first 6 months or so. I got the ergo, I think it’s slightly smaller so it fit better on my petite frame. Also recommend getting a mobi wrap for the first few weeks. My baby was too small for the ergo until he was like 6 weeks old even with the infant insert

Agree with above. Loved my baby k'tan and moby for the first few months.

I have a lille baby now that I like for the 6 positions, up to 35 lbs, adjustable seating and back support. Suggest that you try out both to see which fits better on your frame. Also, i joined my local babywearing group and they were super supportive.

I also have a ring sling for quick trips and when I know he will fall asleep - easier to pop him out of it and put down in bed without waking.

I love my Lille baby, but I believe both are good. Ideally try out your friends carriers or carriers from a library from the baby wearing chapter before deciding.

I have a Lillebaby and really like it! The lumbar support makes it very comfortable to wear even for a longer time.

Not sure the difference between the two, but I love my Ergo and still use it regularly at 14 months. Also loved the baby k’tan for the first several months.

I have had Moby wrap and Beco carrier for two kids and like it for baby and toddler use and I like the design options. And agree with all of the above advice.

Agree on everything. Loved the ktaan during first few months. Have been really happy with the Lillebaby with my now (heavy) 10 month old.

I had the boba wrap for a soft wrap (lifesaver when she was a newborn) & an ergobaby 360 now that she’s older. I tried a sling carrier but it wasn’t for us.

I preferred the Beco because it was a better fit for my body. Definitely see if you can try them on to see what fits you best.

Duties for PRODUCER vs. DIRECTOR on photo/video shoots?

As an account exec, I'm the producer. I was really lucky for a few years to have a director who helped with every aspect of the shoot - budgeting, scheduling, shot list, even manual labor! That director is no longer with our agency, and our new director is very hands-off.

I'm trying to understand if I was just spoiled with our past director, or if our new director is lazy... or if it's a mixture of both.

Thanks in advance!

Father began ignoring me once I became pregnant after a 2 yrs together. He respects my wish to keep baby but rudely says he’ll get involved once baby arrives. I text him once every 6 weeks to see if he wants to make decisions on what’s happening when the baby arrives. I committed to moving out of town for a job before I knew we were pregnant. Is there anything I can do to get a reluctant Father interested during pregnancy? Should I keep sending updates or just call when baby is born?

Moms, I’m at a loss for why my baby girl is sudden peeing out her diaper overnight. Two nights ago she did it at 10:00 and then again at 4:00 am, and last night the same! The diaper isn’t full, so it’s not too much liquid. And she’s peeing out the back, not the front. Any ideas for what is causing this??
