Help me evaluate an industry offer for a B4 manager up for SM (got confirmation that I am thru the process). Current base is $171k .
$180k base, $35k sign-on bonus, full relocation, 35% bonus - 20% cash and 15% equity - 15% equity bonus is assured forever with 3 year vesting. Cash bonus fixed as long as rated average. Overall happy with offer but want to evaluate it against possible growth if I stay at B4.

Law clerk still figuring out legal research. My firm uses Lexis and I did some jury verdict research. A partner later asked that I limit this to sustained verdicts but I can’t figure out the best way to do this. I reached out to Lexis, but their recommendation that I add “outcome(sustained)” brought my results to 0 no matter how wide I made the search. Is there a better way? I think my dad is in a deep depression and I don’t know how to help. I think his general “laziness” stems from that but my family’s anger toward him for not trying to find a job or contribute at all to the household has created resentment against him so it’s a vicious cycle. He doesn’t want to help himself (probably because he is depressed) and that makes people not want to help him. Any suggestions?
