I’m currently interviewing for a Program Manager role & the recommend level from my interviewers was L4. I have 11 years experience. I’ve worked on large complex highly visible projects for large companies (Fox, Disney, a few record labels). I’ve built out PMOs from scratch & I even launched my own CPG company a few years back & the products are widely distributed. I’m currently a Director of Project Management. For this reason L4 seems a bit low - any chance the level is negotiable?

Honest questions about voting process as a first time voter and recently naturalized citizen.

2- Why is voter identification such a divisive topic? We have had years to fix this problem so why have we not made it mandatory? If it is a democracy, only valid voters should vote
3- Why are mail in and early votes not counted on Election Day (not a day early, not a day late?). That way there would be no confusion.
