Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

I'm not sure if this just might be just a coincidence, but ever since getting injected with the covid vaccine a few months back, I've noticed I stopped plateauing when lifting weights. Before the shot I was stuck benching 135 for 2 months, but I remember the week after my first dose I started being able to touch 155. Then when I took my final dose I was benching 175. It's probably just a coincidence, but a friend of mine felt similar in regards to a plateau. Anyone experience this as well?

Biggest pet peeve - setting up a call for a higher up per their request, then they don’t join after messaging them for an ETA to no avail.
