Stay with Delta. Why torture yourself every week for one time redemption opportunity ?
Bc when you don’t fly Delta, you earn enough that it’s more than one redemption
AA is no picnic. It’s not so much the amount of miles, but they really limit the flights you can use them on. I just switched to Delta and with the overall better experience I’d say stick with delta. The experience combined with Atlanta convenience is the way to go
I second that! Try using American points when you want to use the points ( holiday season or long weekends) and those points are worth peanuts. I live in one of the AA hubs and still fly on delta ( it works well for my since my client site is a delta hub)
You fly delta in spite of Skymiles not because of it.
I would have said UA before, but now all 3 are going to be dynamic award pricing soon. I still lean to UA as *A kicks Skyteam’s ass, but might be worth staying with Delta because you live in Atlanta
Only southwest has good redemption from what I’ve seen
Thanks everyone for the insight. It seems as though Delta might be the best bet on most people’s feedback
Look at the flex dates grid for rewards travel. You can’t expect prime time travel with 15k points. I moved my honeymoon dates around to make the entire thing free with delta and Marriott. 🤷♀️
