Is TCS currently providing wfh option? I had given interview in TCS 3-4 months back and was selected also. But the HR wasn't sure if I will have wfh or wfo.And I wanted wfh only so I left the offer. Now again I received call from TCS and now they are saying it's upon choice if I want wfh or wfo.So confused whether to go for interview or not.Does anyone know if they are providing wfh or wfo by choice? I'm currently at Mumbai location and as per the call from TCS it's on me what to choose. please advise 🙏

I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Depends on the kind of commuting. An hour on public transit or on a highway with no traffic is fine. An hour in stop and go traffic is soul sucking
Ask for a remote day each week- doesn't seem like much but makes a world of difference!
That's really not terrible -- many people do 1h for their non consulting jobs
Depends on the hours of the project. If it's 8-6 then it's fine. If it's 7-10 it will suck
I do 90 mins one way stop and go traffic. It's absolutely horrible, but to me it beats being on a plane every week. Plus my team is okay with a remote day every other week or so which helps
One hour one-way not bad. Any more and it'd suck rotten eggs. I'd rather travel.
Borderline. It depends on the hours and on whether or not you can use the time effectively.
