No advice, but as a New Jerseyan with a beach house, I think this is an excellent idea.

There are storage units exactly for that purpose. I’d say go for it if you don’t mind packing/moving.

Does anyone have faith in polkadot? I bought because it had good staking APY and i like most of what i read about them, plus Gavin wood is legit. Didn’t occur to me until later that it was idiotic to buy at $33 when it started at $2 not very long ago. I sat in losses from 2017 buys until this year so you’d think I’d have learned my lesson lol. That said, i think this project is solid? Worth holding until 2025 if need be?

Has this happened to anyone else? I used to eat a lot of unhealthy, processed foods a few months ago. I transformed my ways and have eaten quite healthy since. Today I ate some cookies and chips after a long time, and I feel like shit. Stomach upset, heavy chest and just really lethargic. I know the lesson is to not eat unhealthy, but I didn’t think it would wreck my body like this

Farmers out there! Lesson learnt from reading about trading Squid. When you yield farm make sure to check if you are able to unstake and move funds back to your wallet. Try this with a small investment. Squid had a smart contract that had a lock up function the moment you swapped on the DEX. Hence, due to no selling pressure the price reached astronomical heights. Thought I’d share with those who aren’t aware. Be careful and good luck yield farming.

My house got egged and tped over the weekend. I took it upon myself to reach out to the parents and let them know I've already called the cops but wanted to reach out to you first before the cop shows up on your door. 1 set of parents immediately shifted blame to me and bashed me as a teacher and told me they think I have it out for their son and didn't address the situation at hand. How can I move forward with this situation?

Advice wanted: My firm lied about our raises this year. They said we’d match the other top 10 firms, and that was absolute BS. I’m having a hard time staying motivated. I’m doing senior level work without the title or pay. Fresh college grads are getting paid more than me. I’m already job searching, but I feel bad that I don’t have the same drive as I did before when I thought I would be receiving a proper raise. I learned my lesson. Any advice for a young professional?
