Are there even 400 hours in a month?
Yes.
How are you even surviving? I’ve been steady at 200-210 for months on end and every day feels like death.
Somehow, I have 10 deals which all simultaneously want to close at once and they’re all full speed ahead. I want to cry.
Weird flex but ok
Lol agree
I, too, like to punish myself like this. 400 is insane though and you definitely need to take a weekend sabbatical to Scottsdale after this.
Hmmm... 400 divided by 30 is 13+ hours per day. You’re saying you’re billing 13+ hours every single day for 30 days straight? including an estimated 2 hours of non-billable time on top, you’re working about 15+ hours altogether on average every single day for 30 days, not counting time you shower, brush teeth, use bathroom, and do other necessary tasks? Cool story.
I’ve billed 300+ five out of the last six months and can confirm it’s possible without padding. On average that includes about 1-2 all nighters per week and lots of self neglect / very little time for any semblance of a social life. But it is very, very possible (unfortunately)
Schedule a few days off after all the deals close. Only way to mitigate the massive burnout you’re about to experience
