I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods. If anyone has any studies you could point me to, I’d love to see those as well! I’m 40 and my mom entered menopause at 41.

So...seems like shut downs are headed our ways. Why are schools requiring us to come in? How is everyone staying motivated at work while going through fertility treatments? On days when I have appts or get my period, all I want to do is google and read forums about it. My utilization is tanking (not because I’m blowing off work, but because I need to find and take on new work) but can’t get the energy to). Im getting into swimming and I’m like OCD about my watch tracking my workout as accurate as possible (even if it’s not the most accurate 🤷🏻‍♀️). I used the open swim for the first time yesterday and one down is 25 yds but one full lap is 50 yds and regardless I don’t think it tracked my swim accurately. Is there a trick?
