Hi all - I'm looking for help defining our rating scale in terms of our company values. We rate on a 5-point scale of Unsatisfactory to Exceptional Performance. We rate against four company values and five competencies. It was easy to define the rating scale against the competencies, but I'm having a really hard time defining them for the values. I've tried Googling and everything I find is geared more toward competencies. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Has anyone here had any challenge with contacting IRS to setup a installment payment plan for tax debt ? I have an payment plan for a year and trying to add a recent year but I’ve been unable to get through to IRS so the penalties and interest just keeps increasing. I’ve tried phone calls and can’t seem to setup the installment stuff online. Any recommendation of the best way to reach them?

I finally did it. I quit and turned in my resignation in June. I’m now have been working from home for United Health Care. I wished I would have done this years ago. I started teaching right out of college 20 years ago and thought all jobs were as bad as teaching I was so wrong. My new job is not stressful I now have a normal life and look forward to going to work.

Based on the UN vote today, as much as I appreciate our Indian and Chinese colleagues, we need to eliminate any relationship with both countries. I have supported KGS since it’s inception but no longer. We should also stop supporting any visa applications from either country.
