For May 2020 grads who had their start dates delayed from August 2020 to January 2021 because of Covid are you expecting to make senior this promotion cycle? From what I’ve heard Senior is basically guaranteed after 2 YOE, but because of the delayed start date for our start class we’ll only be at 1.5 YOE this promotion cycle. Do you think they’ll grant them or wait until the end of next performance year?
