I’m at the stage now where it enrages my manager that I don’t express fear of her demands or offer weak subordinate excuses. I kind of respond to her higher expectations with “Yup, agree that could have been improved, sure” and go on with a perfectly satisfied client.

I feel like I haven’t gained any real skill over the past year of working. All my projects have been mundane data entry work and I don’t want to fall behind my peers/market the older I grow. Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve been getting stressed about how easy my job is LOL I know people here would die to switch roles but I just really want to build skills like SQL and Tableau and core analytical skills 😩😩
