I recently started a new relationship and it is absolutely incredible and we could not be more in love. Just wanted to make a happy post because most of the posts in this bowl are so sad.

For anyone in FP&A / Business Partner roles- what keeps you motivated/ engaged in the role when you’re basically a support team and rarely get the final say in decisions or are plainly an input provider ?
