Don't forget to include your position! Different positions = different comp. Let's get nitty-gritty with it.

Care to share your comp? Wondering why I'm the only one who responded, particularly if people seem keen to know.

According to HR , accepting offer letter and not joining is not acceptable and it considered as unprofessional.

But.

According to HR: not giving hike/Variable pay/ bonus Even after completing yearly cycle for Variable pay / bonus / hike while serving notice period is acceptable and it is according to company standards.

*Rule States that in to eligible for it employees has to be on company pay role.

Question is If one resign then on who's pay role that employee is serving notice per?

What is the solution? Provided I don't want to switch & increase salary just to provide more tax to govt or the work may increase more too.
I need 100% job stability, which only PwC can provide.

I saw a posting on the meta career site for a data solutions analyst. Is this a role similar to a data analyst or solution architect. The job description fits both data science, data engineer or solution architect. And what is the total comp for this position? I can't seem to find this role online or on sites like Glassdoor or levels. It's a remote position.

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. I had my PHR back in early 2000, then made a career change to a paramedic (I know, right). I called SHRM and they said I'm eligible to test again even though I only currently have 1.5 yrs of HR.

I purchased the online study guide and it seems that HR has gone in a completely different direction - more operations related than employee relations etc.

Did anyone find this online training to be helpful? I test in July, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks - lauren

Hello HR folks. Overheard a conversation at work and am curious what is the norm.
If an employee goes out on FMLA, obviously the benefits person sends them the STD, FMLA paperwork etc. But is it the maagers responsibility to maintain communication with the person out on leave and to get a timeline on their return or would that be the benefits team? Or maybe the HRBP?

My company is in need of a update online, could use your opinions! We need to better showcase our culture (caring, supportive, fun, intelligent IT industry leaders) as well as diversity. We are predominantly white still but making strides to improve here. What’s the best way to approach? I don’t want to seem disingenuous or that we are singling out our diverse employees (asking for photos). We have a remote and on-site workforce about 350+ EEs. Non white EEs make up about 35% of the company rn.
