London MBBers, is it feasible for a consultant at a US-based Tier 2 firm to apply directly to MBB and get a resume review/first round? Or am I better off trying to reach out to a recruiter via email or LinkedIn or finding someone to refer me?

I am very much afraid due to epam aywhere policy , they will fired people if he will not crack 5 client interview. Interviews are very though , all DSA.

Looking to move on from current role however bonus/pay review period in 6 months (base jump likely to be around 10%). Is it better to wait to get the bump then negotiate off that for next role or start looking for roles now and accept if can find a jump of 15-20%? (understand that it might be possible to negotiate sign on to compensate for missed bonus). Any generic rule of thumb / insights that have helped ppl?
