There’s a manager that’s brilliant and does work in a space I am very interested in. However, working with him was not a great experience. He wouldn’t respond to emails on time or respond to my questions etc. and treat me differently than others (in my opinion - subtle behavioural observations I made). I feel guilty for not accepting to be on a new project he requested me. Now I am wondering if I I should have given this another chance.
