I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? Have personal financial goals that i need to reach for my family and thats why i started considering EY and D.

Flying to europe with friends, if I book their tickets will they get the perks that are given to me (priority boarding, access to star Alliance gold lounge)? United Gold btw.
